The Consultation

Your first appointment with our studio is a consultation which can be done in person at our studio or over the phone. If you choose to come to the studio you will have the opportunity to see samples of our work as well as see many of the specialty products we offer. During the consultation we will discuss your goals for your session, talk about the type and style of session you desire, and we will answer any questions you might have. There is no obligation to set up an appointment after the consultation, but should you decide to schedule a session, the session fee is required at that time to reserve your date.

The Portrait Session

Whether you choose in studio or on location your session will last about an hour, although some are faster (toddlers- who tend to burn out quickly!) and some are longer (newborns that may need a break for a feeding, diaper change, or just to be snuggled). Our studio scheduling allows plenty of time for each session so no one ever feels rushed. During the session you can expect a few traditional poses, but we are best known for our "personality capturing" portraits. Mostly expect to come and have fun, laugh, and play!

The Image Proofing

We provide in studio image proofing 1-2 weeks after your portrait session. At this appointment you will view a slide show of your images and will decide how will be best to display them in your home. It's a great idea to take a look at some of the specialty items our studio offers to get an idea about what your wants are from the session. Because your payment is due at the end of this session it is important that everyone responsible for making decisions about the order be present at this session. Children are always welcome at our studio however parents usually prefer to come without children to ensure they have a relaxing and focused session.

After your order is placed, your portraits will arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks.
